Het EuroTime Center ETC exploiteert zowel conventionele kloksystemen met impulsgestuurde volgklokken als moderne, zelfinstellende MOBALine-installaties. Absolute precisie van de interne klok van ETC kan worden bereikt door synchronisatie met een externe tijdreferentie zoals DCF77 of GPS
